Stimpsons alongside joint agents Bray Fox Smith have recently completed a letting to Health Services Laboratories for a 16 year lease on 50,105 sq ft for a new clinical laboratory hub at Croxley Park, Watford.
HSL will move into Building 7 at Watford Borough Council’s Croxley Park once the entire building has been substantially refurbished to a Grade A standard for use as laboratories and offices.
Health Services Laboratories provides accredited pathology services for NHS Trusts and its patients. It is a partnership between The Doctors Laboratory, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
